      14th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Registration

      (Monday, May 17, 2021 – Old Hickory Golf Club)

      Registration: Starts at 9am
      Shotgun Start – 11am
      Dinner – 5pm       (Steak dinner served after round is finished)

      Driving Range & Putting Green – Free & Opens at 9am (Weather permitting)
      Grill Station – 9am-10:50am (Burgers, hot dogs and drinks before round starts)
      Margarita Tent & Drinks on Course
      50/50 & Raffle Tickets       (Available for purchase day of event)
